半导体激光联合更昔洛韦及前列地尔治疗恶性肿瘤并带状疱疹的疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨半导体激光联合更昔洛韦及前列地尔护理治疗恶性肿瘤合并带状疱疹的临床效果。方法:将76例确诊为恶性肿瘤合并带状疱疹患者随机分为两组,即干预组和对照组各38例。对照组应用半导体激光照射治疗,干预组采用半导体激光联合更昔洛韦及前列地尔治疗,两组护理干预措施相同。结果:对照组治疗总有效率为65.79%,不如干预组的92.11%,两组比较差异(P<0.05)有统计学意义;其他指标组间差异(P均<0.05)具有统计学意义。结论:半导体激光联合更昔洛韦及前列地尔护理治疗恶性肿瘤合并带状疱疹,能促进疱疹吸收,减轻疼痛,缩短病程,值得临床推广使用。Objective： To investigate the Semiconductor laser combined ganciclovir and alprostadil nursing clinical effect for the treatment of malignant tumor with herpes zoster. Methods： 76 patients with diagnosis of malignant tumor with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups, namely the intervention group and the control group （n = 38 ）. Control group using semiconductor laser treatment, the intervention group with semiconductor laser joint ganciclovir and alprostadil to treatment, two groups of nursing interventions are the same. Results：The control group total effective rate was 65.79%, the intervention group is better than 92. 11%, is similar between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ） was statistically significant ; The difference between other indicators group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） is statistically significant. Conclusion： Semiconductor laser in combination with ganciclovir and Alprostadil in the treatment of malignant tumor with herpes zoster, can promote the absorption of herpes, relieve pain, shorten the course of the disease, worth clinical promotion use.
