摘　　要：为全面实施"卓越工程师教育培养计划",该文按照"软件工程"学科培养方案要求,以培养工程型人才办学定位为指南,从培养创新意识、创新能力和实践能力的目标出发,针对不同年级的学生制定了相应的实习、实训实施方案,通过科学安排第一课堂的实训、实习等实践教学环节,组织了几届学生到国内外多家企业进行实习实训,为提升学生的工程实践能力做出了一些专业性的探索和实践。In order to carry out ＂Excellent Engineers Education Program＂ completely,according to the demands of subject cultivation program of software engineering,the guidance to train engineering students,and the target to cultivate innovation consciousness,ability and practical ability,school of information and software engineering of UESTC formulated students＇ internship and training program that planned practical teaching in the first class and arranged for several grade students to make internship and training in domestic and foreign enterprises,which made some professional exploration and practices for the improvement of students＇ engineering practice ability.
