摘 要:为了寻找一种低毒且操作更简便的薄层色谱实验方法,该文改进传统的茴香醛、香草醛混合物分离实验,优化设计溶剂、展开剂和显色剂,筛选出无水乙醇作为茴香醛、香草醛的溶剂,石油醚:乙酸乙酯(7∶3)作为展开剂,酸性高锰酸钾作为显色剂,替代原有毒性较高的苯和2,4二硝基苯肼盐酸溶剂。实践表明,此项改进简化了实验步骤,降低了实验成本,缩短了实验时间,减小了试剂对人员健康的危害及环境的污染,能够较好地分离出茴香醛和香草醛。In order to find a low toxicity and easy operation method of thin layer chromatography experiment,traditional method of membrane separation for mixtures of anisaldehyde and vanillin was improved,this paper investigated the optimization design of the solvent,developing agent. absolute ethanol was selected as the solvent. At the same time,petroleum ether and ethyl acetate( the ratio was 7∶ 3) were selected as developing solvent. Acidic potassium permanganate was selected as chromomeric agent to replace the toxicity of higher benzene and 2,4 dinitrobenzene hydrazine hydrochloride solvent. The steps,cost and time of experiment was reduced. The new scheme reduced harm of people health and pollute the environment. The method could separate anisaldehyde and vanillin from mixtures.
