“三防”医学救援队跨区基地化训练的实施与思考

摘　　要：基地化训练已成为当今世界军事训练的主要形式,具有良好的食宿环境和后勤保障、规范的教学设施和训练场地、专业的师资力量和理论水平等特点和优势。但是"三防"医学救援队参加大项活动与事务性工作多,核化人才缺乏、编组困难,特需装备、试剂更新渠道不畅等困难。因此,要加强"三防"医学救援队建设的顶层设计、抓好"三防"医学救援队的基础训练、强化"三防"医学救援队的实战训练、建立长效机制巩固基地化训练成果。The based training has become a main form of global military training. It has the characteristics and advantages such as good accommodation environment,logistics,standardized teaching facilities and training venues,as well professional teachers and the theoretical level. However ＂Anti-NBC＂ medical rescue teams has difficulties for participating in grace activities and transactional work,lack of nucleation talent and marshalling hard,the special equipment and no-smooth reagents update channel,etc. Therefore,it should be to strengthen the top building design of ＂Anti-NBC＂ medical rescue team,to pay special attention to the basic training of ＂Anti-NBC＂ medical rescue team,to the actual combat training of ＂Anti-NBC＂ medical rescue team,and to establish a long-effect mechanism in order to consolidate the based training outcome.
