叙事护理在特勤疗养中的应用

摘　　要：目的系统探讨叙事护理及其在特勤疗养中的应用,寻求适合当前的新的特勤疗养护理干预模式和方法。方法综述叙事护理的进展和在特勤疗养中的实用意义,分析其应用实践步骤及评价方法。结果特勤疗养叙事护理在某医院的应用取得初步成效,有效率达到83%。结论叙事护理对特勤疗养员具有积极的治疗意义,对特勤疗养工作具有前瞻性的指导价值,特勤疗养叙事护理正性干预模式有待建立。Objective To explore narrative nursing and its application in recuperation of special servicer,seek the new nursing intervention model and method were also analysed. Methods The progress on narrative nursing was riviewed its and practical significance in special servicer recuperation,its application process and evaluation method were also analysed. Results The special servicer recuperation achieved preliminary results in the application of narrative nursing in author’s hospital,the efficiency was up to 83%. Conclusion Narrative nursing of specialservicer convalescents has positive therapeutic significance,and a forward-looking guidance value to the work of special recuperation service,narrative nursing positive intervention mode of special service recuperation remains to be established.
