摘 要:钢渣陈化龄期与钢渣粒径对钢渣安定性影响较大。以舞钢电炉钢渣为研究对象,分析钢渣陈化龄期、钢渣粒径对游离氧化钙f-CaO、粉化率等影响规律,结合CBR膨胀量综合评价电炉钢渣路床材料体积稳定性。结果表明:电炉钢渣f-CaO含量较转炉钢渣低;随陈化龄期延长,电炉钢渣f-CaO含量呈减小趋势。各粒径范围钢渣粉化率均随陈化龄期增长呈下降趋势,但不同粒径钢渣粉化率相差较大,粒径大的钢渣颗粒较粒径小的颗粒粉化率大。钢渣CBR膨胀量随陈化龄期的增加而减小,随钢渣粒径的增大而单调增大。与路床设计4%石灰土相比,掺8%钢渣稳定土CBR膨胀量较小,工程应用验证了钢渣用于处治路床材料的可行性。Age and particle size are two important influence factors for the steel slag volume stability performance. Wuyang Steel Corporation electric furnace slag was studied as the research object. The effects of age and particle sizeon the free calcium oxide slag(f-CaO)and pulverization ratio were analyzed. Combined with the California Bearing Ratio ( CBR), comprehensive evaluation of the electric furnace slag expansion roadbed material volume stability was studied. The results show that the electric furnace slag f- CaO content was lower than that in converter slag. With the increasing of aging time,the electric furnace slag f - CaO content was decreased. Each particle size range of steel slag pulverization ratio decreased with aging time growth, but different particle size steel slag has different pulverization rate. The larger particle size steel slag,the bigger pulverization ratio. Steel slag CBR expansion decreases with the increasing of aging time. The larger the particle size, the larger steel slag CBR volume expansion. The CBR expansion volume of 8% steel slag stabilized soil is about 1/4 of that for 4% lime soil. The electric furnace slag has good volume stability performance, which is favorable for the engineering application.
