摘  要:橡胶沥青中由于废胎胶粉颗粒的存在,使得橡胶沥青的性能与基质沥青及其它类型的改性沥青有很大的区别,按SHRP指标评定的高温性能与胶结料的实际性能有较大出入。为此,选取用不同粒径制造的橡胶沥青、不同的沥青膜厚度、不同的温度、不同性能的橡胶沥青(原样、RTFOT样、PAV样),进行橡胶沥青的动态剪切流变参数—沥青相位角δ、复数剪切模量G*、车辙因子G*/sinδ的分析研究。结果表明上述废胎胶粉的粒径、沥青膜厚度、温度对橡胶沥青的流变性能有较大影响,不同性能橡胶沥青(原样、RTFOT样、PAV样)的流变参数变化较小。得到的成果能为橡胶沥青高温性能的评价提供借鉴。Due to the exist of rubber powder in asphalt rubber, makes asphalt rubber performance are very different from base asphalt and other types of modified asphalt, and its high temperature performance in SHRP plan has great gap with the actual performance of cement. In this paper, by selecting different size of rubber asphalt, different thickness of asphalt film, different temperatures, different properties of asphalt rubber (original sample, RTFOT sample, PAV sample) , testing its Dynamic Shear Rheologic parameters-asphalt phase angle δ, complex shear modulus G^ * , and rut factor G^*/sin δ, as well as analysis its performance. The results show that the rubber powder, thickness of asphalt film, temperatures has a great influence to Dynamic Shear Rheologic parameters, different properties of rubber asphalt (original sample, RTFOT sample, PAV sample) has small changes in rheological parameters. The fruit can provide a reference for the evaluation of high-temperature performance of rubber asphalt.
