摘  要:研究了灵芝-妇科千金片药渣双向发酵过程中蛋白质、多糖、木质素和氨基酸的周期动态变化。采用考马斯亮蓝G-250法测定蛋白质含量,苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量,Kalson法测定木质素含量;氨基酸自动分析仪测定氨基酸含量。结果表明:蛋白质和多糖含量在双向发酵过程中呈先下降后上升趋势,木质素含量在双向发酵过程中呈下降趋势,氨基酸含量较双向发酵前有少量升高。药渣中蛋白质和氨基酸含量经灵芝-妇科千金片药渣双向发酵后有所升高;多糖和木质素含量经灵芝-妇科千金片药渣双向发酵后有所降低。千金片药渣培养基与椴木培养基在灵芝发酵过程中营养成分变化规律一致,因此可以利用千金片药渣替代普通椴木栽培灵芝,变废为宝。The Changes of nutritional component in Fukeqianjin Tablets drug residue by Ganoderma lucidum bi-direction solid fermentation were studied. The protein was determined by Coomassie brilliant blue G-250 method, the content of polysaccharide was determined by phenol sulfuric acid method, determination of lignin content by Kalson method; amino acid content of Sichuan Province commissioned Academy of analysis and test center determination.The results showed that: the content of polysaccharide and protein decreased first and then increased during the fermentation process, the lignin content decreased during fermentation, amino acid content increased slightly than before fermentation. The content of protein and amino acid residues in the Ganoderma lucidum fermentation and polysaccharide content increased; the content of lignin by Ganoderma lucidum fermentation decreased; the results of the experiment for Fukeqianjin tablets after fermentation dregs comprehensive utilization provides a certain basis.
