摘 要:通过盆栽试验研究了复合微生物菌肥在甘蔗上的应用效果。结果表明:施用含枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)和解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)的复合微生物菌肥(有效活菌数≥3.0亿个/m L)能显著提高甘蔗叶片氮平衡指数和叶绿素SPAD值,增强根系活力,提高干物质积累量。以施用2次复合微生物菌肥的处理最为显著,与对照相比,甘蔗叶片氮平衡指数和叶绿素SPAD值分别提高16.7%和12.1%,根系活力增加53.1%,干物质积累量提高59.4%。可见,在常规施肥基础上,配施复合微生物菌肥可以促进甘蔗生长,提高产量。The application effects of compound bacterial manure on the growth of sugarcane were studied by pot experiment. The results showed that applying compound bacterial manure containing 300 million living bacteria of Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens per milliliter could increase the nitrogen balance index and SPAD value of leaf, root activity and dry mater. Compared to the control, the best way is applying compound bacterial manure 2 times (once a month), and the nitrogen balance index, SPAD value, root activity and biomass were increased 16.7%, 12.1%, 53.1% and 59.4%, respectively. This indicated that applying compound bacterial manure with chemical fertilizers could promote cane growth and increase cane yield.
