摘 要:研究改性硅强粉部分替代炭黑在载重胎胎面胶中对硫化胶生热及导热性能的影响。结果表明硅强粉具有较好的补强作用,可以降低硫化胶的生热,同时硫化胶导热性能略有升高。当硅强粉并用量不超过20份时,硫化胶的物理机械性能保持良好。相比于未添加试样,硅强粉并用量为40份时,硫化胶试样的底部温升降低了5℃,试样中部温升降低了8.4℃。this paper is studied the effect of modified Similar-sericite which is replaced carbon black partly on the heat generate and conduct of tread rubber of truck tire . the result shows that Similar-sericite could reduce the heat generate of vulcanized rubber greatly and the ability of heat conduct of vulcanized rubber raise slightly. As the Similar-sericite add in rubber not exceeding 20 dosage the physical and mechanical performance of vulcanized rubber keep the high level. Comparing with the blank sample when add 40 dosage in rubber the compression heat of sample bottom is reduced by 5℃ and the center of the sample temperature decreased by 8.4℃.
