摘  要:在大众创新、万众创业的时代背景下,高校培养"双创型"人才是促进社会就业所需,也是经济发展所需。从协同创新理论角度看,构建高校"双创型"人才培养模式,应该从目标定位、专业设置、课程设计方面构建人才培养协同模式;从广谱提高层、孵化实训层和精英实战层方面构建实践体系协同模式;从激励评价机制、利益分配机制和资源协同机制方面构建保障体系协同模式,这样才能构建主体多元化、对象层次化、平台多样化、资源整合化为一体的高校"双创型"人才培养体系。Under the era background of public innovation and mass entrepreneurial innovation, the cultivation of "double hit"talents in colleges fulfills the requirement of employment in the society as well as the requirement of economic development. Guided by collaboration and innovation theory, we should establish suitable modes in colleges to cultivate "double hit"talents, including, collaborative modes for talent cultivation based on goal, major, and courses, collaborative modes for practice system based on broad spectrum improvement, hatching training program, and elites' practical operation, collaborative modes for guarantee system based on the mechanism of encouragement and evaluation, the mechanism of interest-distribution, and the mechanism of resource-collaboration. Only in this way can we establish efficient modes for the cultivation of "double hit"talents in colleges, which shows features such as diversified subjects, target from various levels,diversified platforms, and integrated resources.
