摘 要:通过超声检测技术,对粉末冶金工艺制备的Mo-15W合金不同的内部缺陷进行位置及尺寸等分析。结果表明,超声检测方法能够对Mo-15W合金的内部缺陷进行准确定位和识别,获得该合金不同缺陷与超声波特征波形的对应关系。另外对孔洞缺陷试样的力学性能进行了抗弯和拉伸测试,通过对所得数据进行拟合,建立起孔洞当量尺寸与材料抗弯强度和抗拉强度之间的函数关系。因而能够根据超声检测的孔径大小推测该材料力学性能的变化,对钼合金的选取具有一定的工程参考价值。Various internal defects in Mo-15 Walloy fabricated by powder metallurgy were analyzed by the ultrasonic detection to obtain the position and size of internal defects.The results reveal that the ultrasonic testing can positioning accurately and recognizing accurately the internal defects in Mo-15 W alloy materials.And the corresponding relation of different defects and ultrasonic wave was presented.In addition,the mechanical properties of the samples with pore defects were measured by tensile and bending testing.The function relationship between pore size and bending as well as tensile strength was established by fitting ways.Therefore,variation of the material mechanics properties could be calculated through the pore size,which would be presented reference value in engineering for the selection of molybdenum alloy.
