摘 要:通过数值模拟的方法,对5A06铝合金内凹底筒形件充液预胀成形工艺进行了研究,并对不同预胀压力和液室压力下零件成形的影响进行了成形模拟。结果表明,采用合理匹配的初始预胀压力和液室压力加载路径,可有效地降低板料成形时的径向拉应力,抑制零件内凹底部的过度减薄,可以一次成形较高质量的内凹底筒形件。通过试验,对拉深比为2.2的内凹底筒形件的成形进行了研究,并与模拟结果进行了对比,分析了试验中出现的成形缺陷。试验结果均与模拟结果一致,验证了模拟的可靠性。5A06alloy cylindrical cup with concave bottom with pre-bulging HDD was analyzed based on numerical simulation.The forming process with different pre-bulging pressures and chamber pressures was simulated.The results indicate that the reasonable match between the bulging pressure and liquid chamber pressure can reduce the tensile stress,restrain the serious thinning of the bottom and increase the drawing limitation of aluminum alloy cup with concave bottom.Experiments were conducted to observe the concave cup forming with drawing ratio of 2.2,which was also compared with the simulated ones.In addition,the forming defects in experiments were analyzed.The experimental results were consistent with simulated ones,verifying the reliability of simulation.
