摘 要:电动汽车应用越来越广泛,针对电动汽车中大功率DC/DC变换器的要求,提出了一种三电平软开关正反激直直变换电路拓扑,不仅拓宽了变换器输入电压范围,而且增大了变换器的变换功率。另外,随着高科技的发展,高频化要求不断增加,从而使电路对开关器件的性能要求也逐渐的提高。为了提高开关器件的响应性能,减小开关器件的损耗,提出的电路拓扑中通过增加一个软开关辅助电路,从而能在较宽的负载范围内实现了开关管的零电压开断,有效地减小开关管的损耗,提高了DC/DC变换器的变换效率,则缩小了电动汽车的成本。The Electric electric Vehicle vehicles is are being used more and more widely. Aiming at the demands of the high- power DC / DC convertor for fuel cell electric vehicle,. In this paper,a novel circuit topology of three-level forward-fly-back DC / DC converter is proposed for wide input voltage range and high transform power in this paper.Moreover,with the development of high-tech,the performances of the switching devices are also gradually improved because of the high frequency. In order to improve the response performance and reduce the wastage of switch devices,the Zerozero-voltage-switching performance of the lagging-legs at a wide load range condition can be provided because of the soft-switching auxiliary circuit. As a result,the Switching switching losses,transformation efficiency of DC / DC converter and the costs of Electric electric Vehicle vehicles are greatly improved.
