摘  要:为探讨产蛋后期“14h+1h”光照程序对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响,将320只60周龄海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为2个处理,每个处理8个重复,每个重复20只鸡。对照组60~69周龄继续采用16h光照程序;试验组60~61周龄采用16h光照程序,62周龄采用“15h+1h”光照程序,63~69周龄采用“14h+1h”光照程序。结果显示:光照程序由16h变为“14h+1h”后,蛋鸡体重显著下降(P〈0.05);日耗料、个蛋耗料和料蛋比在62~63周龄有显著提高(P〈0.05),其他试验阶段无显著差异(P〉0.05);平均蛋重在64—69周龄显著降低(P〈0.05);产蛋率无显著变化(P〉0.05);蛋壳重量、蛋壳厚度和蛋壳蛋重比在65和67周龄末显著降低(P〈0.05),其他蛋品质指标无显著变4E(P〉0.05)。结果说明,产蛋后期蛋鸡光照程序由16h调整为“14h+1h”后,蛋鸡的体重、蛋重、蛋壳厚度和蛋壳重降低;“14h+1h”光照程序不会降低蛋鸡的采食量,对产蛋率无影响。To study the effect of "14 h+1 h" lighting program at late laying period on production performance and egg quality of laying hens, 320 60-week-age Hy-line brown laying hens were randomly divided into 2 treatments with 8 replicates of 20 chickens per replicate. The control group was used 16 h lighting program at the age of 60 to 69 weeks. The experimental group was used 16 h lighting program at the age of 60 to 61 weeks, "15 h+1h" lighting program at 62 weeks of age,and "14 h+1h" lighting program aged from 63 to 69 weeks. The results showed that body weight was decreased significantly after adjusted 16 h into "14 h+1h" lighting program (P〈0.05). Average daily feed consumption,feed consumption per egg, and feed to egg ratio aged from 62 to 63 weeks in experimental group were significantly increased (P〈0.05),but didn't change in the following test periods (P〉0.05). From 64 to 69 weeks,egg weight was significantly decreased (P〈0.05),while laying rate was not affected (P〉0.05). At the age of 65 and 67 weeks,eggshell weight, eggshell thickness and eggshell percentage were significantly decreased (P〈0.05). In conclusion, the body weight, egg weight, eggshell thickness and eggshell weight of laying hens were decreased when lighting program of post-laying period was adjusted from 16 h to "14 h+1h",but which couldn't reduce the feed intake and production performance of laying hens.
