摘  要:为成功建立感染并在宿主体内进行高效复制和扩散,流感病毒需要与宿主蛋白进行紧密的互作。因此,鉴定与流感病毒生命周期密切相关的宿主蛋白,对阐明流感病毒的致病机理以及发现新的抗病毒靶点非常关键。随着后基因组时代研究技术的不断更新,尤其是高通量生物技术以及生物信息学技术的迅猛发展,加速了对流感病毒与宿主相互作用的深入了解。而用系统生物学手段来分析病毒与宿主的相互作用也为了解流感病毒感染宿主的潜在机制提供基础。文章在简要介绍目前研究病原与宿主相互作用相关技术的基础上,系统地论述了当前流感病毒与宿主相互作用的研究进展,并提出未来研究流感病毒与宿主相互作用可能的发展方向。In order to successfully establish infection and efficiently replicate in the host,influenza A virus need to interact closely with the host cellular proteins. Therefore, identifying the important host proteins associated with the viral life cycle of influenza virus play a crucial role in elucidating the pathogenesis of influenza virus and developing new anti-viral targets. Nowadays,with the continued updating of research technology in the post genomic era, especially the fast development of the high throughput biotechnology and bioinformatics technology,our understanding of the influenza viral-host interactions have been accelerating rapidly. In addition,the method of systemic-biology in terms of viral-host interactions also shed light on our understanding of potential mechanism of influenza virus infection. In this review, a brief description of the current research technology of pathogen-host interactions would be firstly made. Then research advances of the interactions between influenza virus and host were systemically discussed and a prospect about the research of influenza-host interactions were made.
