摘 要:目前在胶接缝节段预制拼装桥梁设计中关于抗裂性的计算,偏安全的计算方法是不考虑混凝土抗拉强度,导致了胶接缝节段预制拼装桥梁预应力度偏高。本文结合试验结果提出了抗裂性计算公式,并对《铁路桥涵钢筋混凝土和预应力混凝土结构设计规范》(TB 10002.3—1985)(以下简称85版桥规)的适用性进行了验证,为胶接缝节段拼装桥梁抗裂性计算提供参考依据。胶接缝节段拼装桥梁抗裂性与节段端面处理方法和清理干净程度有关,在节段拼装桥梁的施工中需重视节段端面的清理质量。在节段端面清理较好的情况下可以考虑环氧胶层与混凝土粘结抗拉强度对抗裂性的贡献,采用85版桥规的计算方法是安全可靠的,能够有效降低预应力度,节省材料。In the design of precast segmental assembling bridge with epoxy resin joints,the method of crack resistance calculation does not consider the concrete tensile strength,leading to high prestressing degree in the bridge.The crack resistance calculation formula was proposed by combining the test results.The applicability of Code for design on reinforced and prestressed concrete structure of railway bridge and culvert(TB 10002.3—1985) was verified to provide reference for crack resistance calculation.The crack resistance of precast segmental assembling bridge has a relationship with the treatment of segment surface and cleaning degree.Attention should be paid to the cleaning quality of segment surface in construction.In segment surface clean up good cases,the resistance of epoxy adhesive layer and concrete to crack could be considered.The 85 edition of the calculation method of railway bridge specification is safe and reliable,can effectively reduce the prestressing degree and save material.
