摘 要:基于对工务机械车作业的安全需求,给出工务机械车安全检测与监测系统的总体设计方案。该系统用于工务机械车危及作业安全的重要事项、重点部件和部位的检测与监测。阐述了该系统的构成、关键技术和功能。该系统通过中央处理平台控制防火监测、视频监测、轴温监测、防撞监测和远程运用5个子系统,可提高工务机械车防范安全事故的能力,并有利于解决目前各类监测设备接口不一致、标准不统一、显示与存储等部件重复配置的问题。Based on security needs for railway maintenance machine operation,an overall design scheme for safety detection and monitoring system of railway maintenance machine was presented,which could be applied to detecting and monitoring the important matters,key components and parts related to the operation safety of railway maintenance machine,and the constitution,key technologies and functions of this system were studied.Through controlling 5subsystems which are fire prevention monitoring,video monitoring,axle temperature detecting,collision avoidance detecting and remote application by central processing platform,the safety accident prevention ability of railway maintenance machine should be improved and the problems including inconsistent interfaces of various monitoring equipment,disunity of standard and repeated configuration for display and storage components should be solved.
