摘  要:针对华润电力保定市东北郊热电厂燃煤运输铁路专用线建设工程,综合考虑热电厂所在区域的地理位置、铁路车站情况等条件,对铁路专用线接轨方案进行比选。依据《铁路专用线与国家铁路接轨管理办法》(铁总运〔2013〕136号)和线路平纵断面设计原则,通过技术、经济比选,推荐在漕河站广州端咽喉接轨方案,并给出漕河站的改造方案和专用线疏解线与铁路、国道的交叉方案。推荐接轨方案考虑了主要货流顺向接入、整列装卸、整列到发的技术条件,有利于加快车辆周转,提高作业效率。Based on coal transportation special railway line construction project of Huarun power thermal power plant in Baoding northeast suburb,the rail joint schemes for special railway lines were compared and selected by considering the geographical location and railway station circumstances in the area of thermal power plant.According to the Special railway line and national rail connection management measures and plane and vertical section design principle of railway line,the rail connection scheme for Guangzhou throat end of the Caohe railway station was recommended by considering technical and economic factors,the transformation scheme of Caohe railway station and the cross scheme for special distribution lines,railway lines and national highway were put forward.The recommended rail connection scheme was made by considering the technical conditions including the forward access of main freight,whole-train freight loading and unloading,and whole-train arrival and departure,which could accelerate train turnover and improve operational efficiency.
