摘　　要：目的分析气管支架置入治疗气管淀粉样变伴狭窄的临床经验与效果。方法回顾性分析1例咽部、气管支气管淀粉样变合并支气管狭窄患者的临床资料,应用气管支架置入治疗,结合相关研究资料总结其诊疗经验。结果该患者经气管支架置入术治疗成功,术后3 d出院,康复效果满意。结论气管淀粉样变合并支气管狭窄应用气管支架置入治疗安全有效,值得临床借鉴。Objective To analyze the clinical experience and effect of tracheal stent for the treatment of tracheal amyloidosis with stenosis. Methods The clinical data of one case with bronchial stenosis combined with amyloidosis of pharynx,trachea and bronchus was retrospectively analyzed,the patients was treated by tracheal stenting,combined with relevant research data to summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment. Results The patient successfully treated by tracheal stenting,3 d after discharge,the rehabilitation effect was satisfactory. Conclusion Tracheal stent for the treatment of tracheal amyloidosis with stenosis is safe and effective,and it is worthy of reference.
