摘 要:采用解析法和有限元方法对电磁成形线圈电感进行计算并测量.研究结果表明,解析法和2D有限元法计算线圈电感与实测值误差较大,且只能计算少量的轴对称线圈的电感,具有较大的局限性.而基于增强型能量增量法原理的3D有限元法求解电感精度较高,可以较好地计算实际结构线圈的电感,对于异形线圈电感也可以方便建模求解,为线圈的设计奠定了基础.Coil inductance is calculated using the analytical method and finite element method and measured. The result shows that the error of coil inductance between the calculation and measurement is big and only a few coil inductance of axial symmetry can be calculated with the analytical method and 2D finite element method. It is limited to the calculation of coil inductance. The calculation precision of coil inductance is high and the coil inductance considering coil structure can be obtained with3 D finite element method based on enhanced increment energy method. At the same time,the inductance of special-shape coil can be calculated by the 3D finite element method and the method establishes the foundation for the coil design.
