某油田四种原油腐蚀性实验研究

摘　　要：实验主要以GB/T 5096-85石油产品铜片腐蚀试验法为依据,根据柴油对标准铜片的腐蚀为参考,利用SYD-5096型锈蚀腐蚀试验器进行对某油田四种原油腐蚀性进行研究。在时间分别为50℃/3 h、70℃/3 h、90℃/3 h对4种原油分别进行实验,得到原油腐蚀铜片的颜色与标准比色板对比,分别得到四种原油的腐蚀级别。Based on GB/T 5096-85 Petroleum products-Corrosiveness to copper-Copper strip test, according to the corrosion of standard copper in diesel, the corrosiveness of four kinds of crude oil was studied by SYD-5096 corrosion tester. Under the condition of 50℃/3h,70℃/3h and 90℃/3h, corrosiveness experiments of four kinds of crude oil were carried out, the colors of copper sheets after the corrosion were compared with the standard color to obtain the corrosion levels of four kinds of crude oil.
