摘  要:为了解荫棚等园艺设施及室内栽培秋海棠属植物的表现及其对光照的需求,以四季秋海棠(Begonia cucullata)和瓦氏秋海棠(B.wallichiana)盆栽幼苗为材料,在植物栽培室内研究了不同光照强度LED人工光源下两种秋海棠的生长差异。结果表明:四季秋海棠株高最大值出现在2 000 lx,茎粗和分枝数最大值出现在2 500 lx,光照强度继续增加后这些指标均无显著变化;瓦氏秋海棠株高、分枝数在2 000 lx时达到最大值,茎粗在2 500 lx时达到最大值。四季秋海棠叶片厚度、地上部分鲜干重、气孔密度、气孔长轴长度及叶绿素a、b含量的最大值均出现在3 000 lx。除叶绿素b外,瓦氏秋海棠上述指标的最大值均出现在2 500 lx。综合分析评价,栽培瓦氏秋海棠和四季秋海棠的低成本最佳光照强度分别约为2 500 lx和3 000 lx,二者均适合室内人工光照条件下栽培观赏。In order to understand the performance and light requirement of ornamental begonias cultured in room and horticultural facilities such as shade house, the growth difference of Begonia cucullata and B. wallichiana was investigated in room cultivation under different artificial LED light intensities, using the potted seedlings as materials. The results showed that the highest plant height of B. cucullata appeared at 2 000 lx, while the stem diameter and branch number reached the highest at 2 500 lx. As light intensity further increased, no significant changes of these three indexes were observed between treatments. The plant height and branch number of B. wallichiana reached the highest at 2 000 lx, but the highest value of stem diameter appeared at 2 500 lx. The leaf thickness, fresh and dry weight of aboveground part, stomata density,longitudinal length of stomata, and the content of chlorophyll a and b of B. cucullata reached the highest at 3 000 lx,while the highest values of these indexes except chlorophyll b of B. wallichiana appeared at 2 500 lx. In this study, the best light intensity at low cost for B. wallichiana and B. cucullata was about 2 500 lx and 3 000 lx, respectively. Therefore, these two begonias are suitable for indoor cultivation under artificial light conditions.
