摘　　要：通过对上海市农业科学院科技成果转化现状的调研,分析其存在农业科技成果转化率整体偏低、科技成果市场适应性不强、成果转化推介途径的局限、科技人员的长期激励偏弱等问题,并从营造环境、调整导向、平台建设、股权激励等方面提出改进措施。The situation of scientific and technological achievements of shanghai academy of agricultural sciences was surveyed in the paper, and the existed four problems were analyzed as follows： the rate of agricultural science and technology achievement conversion is low;Agricultural science and technology is not very suitable for market demand;limitations of the referral pathway for achievement transformation;the weak of long term incentive for scientific and technical personnel, then put forward Improvement measures for four aspects： build environment, adjust the guide, construct platform, equity incentive.
