摘 要:【目的】筛选适宜刺叶锦鸡儿幼苗生长的配比施肥组合,为其施肥提供理论依据,加快刺叶锦鸡儿在荒山绿化中的应用。【方法】以不同的氮、磷、钾复合肥配比作试验处理,随机区组试验设计,采用方差分析,比较5种不同配比施肥对刺叶锦鸡儿幼苗生长及生理特性的影响。【结果】施肥对提高刺叶锦鸡儿幼苗株高增长率和地上鲜重等具有促进作用,各处理均高于其对照的株高增长率(52.3%)和地上鲜重(0.55 g)。对于刺叶锦鸡儿幼苗来说,氮磷钾复合肥对其各指标的综合影响依次为氮、磷、钾,氮磷比例2∶1,磷钾比例大于1∶1为适宜施肥比例。【结论】采用氮磷钾配比为6∶3∶2、施肥3个周期、施肥浓度4 g/L、100 m L/棵的2号肥料处理为刺叶锦鸡儿幼苗最佳施肥组合。[ Objective ] This study aims to screen appropriate ratio fertilizer combination of seedling growth of Caragana acanthophylla, and provide a theoretical basis for future research fertilization of C. acan- thophyUa, in order to expedite the application C. acanthophyllain the greening of barren hills. [ Method ] In different nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer ratio test, using randomized trial design, through vari- ance analysis, 5 kinds of different Fertilizer on the growth and physiological characteristics of C. acanthophylla seedlings were compared. [ Result ] The results showed that fertilization on improving C. acanthophylla seed- ling height growth rate and aboveground fresh weight took effect. Plant height and above - ground fresh weight by experimental treatments were (52.3%) and (0.55 g). higher than those of the control group. For C. ac- anthophylla seedlings, the comprehensive effects of N, P and K Fertilizers on the indexes were nitrogen, phos- phorus, potassium, nitrogen. Phosphorus ratio was 2: 1, and P/ K ratio that was greater than 1: 1, was the suitable ratio. [ Conclusion] The fertilization treatment 2 is the best treatment( N: P: K = 6: 3:2, the release period was three cycles, fertilizer concentration 4 g/L, 100 mg of nitrogen per plant).
