摘　　要：畜牧业制度及相关政策实施过程中,如何把握肉羊产业链系统的复杂性特征,如何运用系统思维调整经济结构,是肉羊产业可持续发展面临的关键性制约因素。因此,文章从耗散结构理论视角对肉羊产业链的耗散条件进行分析,重新认识系统的复杂性特征,为培育产业的自组织机制,制定科学合理的政策提供依据。How to realize the complexity of meat sheep and goat industry chain system correctly in animal husbandry system and in the progress of poliey is being implemented. How to use the system mind to adjust the economic structure is the crucial factors in sustainable development of meat sheep and goat industry. In order to provide the basis for establishing scientific and reasonable policy, the essay analyzes the complexity of meat sheep and goat industry chain in the view of theory of the dissipative structure and rediscovers the character of economic system.
