摘 要:为了提高煤层气钻井工程质量,基于沁水盆地煤层气开发工程,探讨了影响煤层气钻井工程的地质因素。认为煤层原地应力、天然裂隙、煤体结构、煤的坚固性系数、研磨性、可钻性等是制约煤层气钻井工程的主要地质因素。通过对沁水盆地影响井壁稳定性和破岩效率特征的工程地质因素进行分析,提出提高煤层气钻井工程质量的对策,为煤层气钻井工程提供参考依据和技术支持。To promote CBM well drilling engineering quality, on the basis of a CBM exploitation project in the Qinshui Basin, discussed engineering geological factors impacting CBM well drilling engineering. The study has considered that the main engineering geological factors conditioned CBM well drilling engineering have coal seam in-situ stress, intrinsic fractures, coal structure, Protodyakonov's coefficient, abrasiveness and drillability etc. The paper has analyzed response characteristics impacting drilling engineering in Qinshui Basin, i.e. analyzed engineering geological factors impacting borehole wall stability and rock breaking efficiency features; then proposed countermeasures to promote CBM well drilling engineering quality, thus provide reference basis and technical support for CBM well drilling engineering.
