摘　　要：针对浅油层开发、浅油层老油田打加密井、丛式定向井作业的需要,研制了ZJ20DBX自动斜井钻机。该钻机由井架、底座、交流变频直驱绞车、天车、动力水龙头(游车、动力水龙头、增压机构)、自动化管子处理系统组成。该钻机动力系统采用电机直接驱动进行起下钻作业,不带背钳,利用自身大扭矩进行钻具旋扣操作,自带自动系统,能提供动力卸扣时反扭矩,无变速机构,减少了润滑系统,结构精简,操作控制便捷;增力机构能对全钻井行程进行增力,用于提高钻压和下套管,使钻具在钻进过程中可控。该钻机自动化程度高,能有效调高生产效率,降低劳动强度,提高钻井作业安全。ZJ20DBX automatic slant-hole drilling rig is developed for the development of shallow oil zone and the drilling of infill well and directional cluster well in maturing field in shallow oil zone. The drilling rig consists of derrick, substructure, AC variable frequency direct-driven draw works, crown block, power swivel （traveling block, power swivel and booster mechanism） and automatic pipe handling system. For its power system, its motor drives the tripping operation of drilling rig directly. As it does not have a back-up tong, it spins and buckles drilling tools with its own large torque. As it has an automatic system, it provides reaction torque for dynamic shackling. With no speed change mechanism, it does not need a lubricating system, the structure is simple and it is easy to operate and control the drilling rig. Its booster mechanism works throughout the drilling process, with main functions of improving bit pressure, installing casing and controlling the drilling tools. With high degree of automation, the drilling rig can effectively improve production efficiency, reduce labor intensity and ensure the safety of drilling operation.
