摘 要:在皮肤伤口愈合中,细胞的定向行为对加速伤口愈合起着非常重要的作用。该文采用纳米压印技术制备了线宽为200 nm、周期为400 nm及深度为200 nm的沟槽结构,用于模拟体内的细胞外基质。将成纤维细胞L929培养在纳米沟槽上,观察细胞的延长和铺展方向,对细胞的定向行为进行了定量分析。结果表明,L929细胞在纳米沟槽上具有良好的延长性,并能够沿着纳米沟槽的方向铺展,说明制备的纳米沟槽能够诱导成纤维细胞的定向行为,为皮肤伤口快速愈合的临床研究奠定了基础。The alignment behavior of cells plays a very important role in accelerating skin wound healing. In this paper, nano-imprinting technique was used to fabricate a nano-grooves structure with 200 nm in width of grooves, 400 nm in period and 200 nm in depth, simulating the extracellular matrix in vivo. L929 ceils were cultured on the nano-grooves, followed by the observation and quantitative analysis of cell elongation and spreading direction. The results showed that L929 ceUs could be elongated and spread along the direction of nano-grooves, thus it Could be concluded that the prepared nano-grooves could induce the alignment behavior of fibroblasts, which would lay the foundation for the rapid healing of skin wounds in clinical research.
