摘 要:弃渣场是生产建设项目存放大量弃土、弃石等固体废弃物的场地,是一种高势能的人造泥石流源,一旦发生事故将会严重威胁到下游人民生命和财产安全。采用层次分析法,以新建重庆至万州铁路为例,选取弃渣场类型、渣体性质、距重要设施距离、坡度、堆高、汇水面积、弃渣量、拦挡设施、截排水设施、密实度等10个指标进行研究,建立起新建重庆至万州铁路的弃渣场潜在危险性快速评价模型,通过实例验证,评价结果与实际情况有较好的一致性。Construction and production projects spoil ground is special stacking site for a large number of soil, rock and oth- er solid waste, which is high potential man-made debris flow source. In the case of a possible accident, spoil ground will be serious threat to the downstream people's life and property security. Taking the new Chongqing-Wanzhou railway as a study case, this study uses AHP to quantify 10 factors (ground type, physical property, distance, slope, hight, catchment area, slag amount, retaining wall, drain, density) and constructs a model for the new Chongqing-Wanzhou railway spoil ground risk degree assessment. The model is applied to assess the risk degree of the new Chongqing-Wanzhou railway spoil ground. Result obtained has a high relativity to the real situation.
