摘 要:本研究分析了温度对刺参AjC3 mRNA活性、MicroR-137表达的影响及MicroR-137和AjC3mRNA活性的相关性。研究结果表明不同温度下AjC3 mRNA和MicroR-137的表达量不同;低温对刺参的免疫反应有抑制作用;AjC3 mRNA在脂多糖刺激下呈现先升高后下降的趋势,而MicroR-137则是呈现先降低后升高的趋势。实验表明,温度影响AjC3 mRNA的表达,对MicroR-137的表达影响不明显;MicroR-137和AjC3 mRNA之间存在负相关性,可能调控AjC3 mRNA的表达。In this research, we studied the effect of temperature on AjC3 mRNA activity, MicroR-137 expression level, and correlation of activity between MicroR-137 and AjC3 mRNA in Apostichopus japonicus. The results showed that the expression value of AjC3 mRNA and MicroR-137 were different under different temperature; Low temperature would restrain the immune reaction ofApostichopus japonicus; The expression value of AjC3 mRNA increased at first and then decreased under lipopolysaccharide stimulation, while the expression value of MicroR-137 decreased at first and then increased. The experiment results showed that temperature had influence on the expression ofAjC3 mRNA, while the influence on MicroR-137 was not obvious; The expression of MicroR- 137 was inversely correlated with AjC3 mRNA and MicroR-137 might regulate the expression of AjC3 mRNA in immune response.
