摘  要:以甘肃省南部武都区为研究对象,选取区内25个乡镇为评价单元,利用区域危险度及易损度作为基础评价指标进行了区域风险评价。区域危险度通过历史灾害资料和野外调查资料整合,同时采用信息量法,以栅格250m×250m基础单元进行评价,获得了武都区各乡镇的危险度;区域易损性考虑到承灾体的暴露性、敏感性和恢复能力,借助DEA模型和C-D函数计算了武都区各个乡镇的易损值,进而得到了研究区各乡镇的易损分区。通过危险度与易损度耦合,引入区域风险系数,建立了风险评价模型,结合GIS技术划分了区域风险等级,绘制了武都风险区划图,同时提出了区域防灾减灾建议。研究结果表明,武都区的极高风险区主要分布在城关镇、东江镇、马街镇、柏林乡、安化镇以及汉王镇的大部分区域。Taking Wudu District of south of Gansu Province as research object, and selecting 25 villages and towns in the district as assesment unit, the regional risk assessment was carried out using regional hazard and vulnerability as basic assesment indices regional hazard was integrated through historical disaster data and field investigation da- ta. At the same time information method was adopted, and using 250 m x 250 m basic grid as assessment unit, the hazard took the exposure, the sensitivity and the recovery ability of hazard-affected body into account. With the help of DEA model and C-D function, the vulnerability values of villages and towns in Wudu District were calculated, then the vulnerability subregion of villages and lowns in research region was obtained. Hazard and vulnerability were coupled, and the regional risk coefficient was introduced, then the risk assessment model was established, based on which the risk rank and the risk zoning map of Wudu district were obtained using GIS technology. Meanwhile, some suggestions were proposed for disaster prevention and mitigation. The results show that the extremely high-risk districts in Wudu district were mainly distributed in the Chengguan Town, Dongjiang Town, Majie Town, Bolin Vil- lage, Anhua Town and part area of Hanwang Town.
