民族村寨女性居家就业对其社会发展的影响研究——以民居接待业为例

摘　　要：民居接待属于民族地区妇女能够家庭与工作兼顾的一种发展方式,通过桃坪羌寨的实地问卷调查与SPSS和AMOS软件数据分析,发现其能带给女性经济地位、家庭地位、文化地位和政治地位的社会发展。其中经济地位的满意度最高,依次是家庭地位、文化地位和政治地位。并结合女性的人口学特征,分析了不同女性的社会发展满意度差异,最后提出了针对不同发展程度女性的提升对策。To offer accommodation of ethnic villages for tourists is a way for the ethnic women to keep the balance between the work and the family. Through the field survey of Taoping Village and data analy- sis by SPSS and AMOS, the paper finds that it can benefit their own self - development, such as im- provement of their economic status, family status, cultural and political status. Ethnic women are satis- fied with their economic status for first, successively followed by family status, cultural status and politi- cal status. In addition, the papers points out different satisfaction degree of ethnic women according to fe- male demographic characteristics and finally proposes the countermeasures to improve women＇s develop- ment.
