摘　　要：本文利用访谈和问卷调查了青岛旅游自我就业者的现状。调查发现,影响自我就业的因素包括机会成本、社会关系网络、就业的休闲功能、时间自由对工作和家庭的平衡、收入等等。在考虑人口特征对自我就业选择的影响时,研究发现,受教育程度、户籍和家庭的一些特征能够产生显著影响,而其他变量不明显。The paper investigated tourism non-entrepreneurship self-employment with questionnaires and deep talks which find out what takes influences on self-employment include opportunity cost, social network, leisure functions of employment, the balance between family and work and revenue and so on. With the consideration of the effects of demographic characteristics to self-employment, the study diseoverd that only the education level and households residence can influence the serf-employment significantly.
