摘 要:目的:探讨无症状人群的坐骨股骨间隙(IFS)、股方肌间隙、坐骨间距宽度等的变化范围,并分析与性别的关系。方法:收集我院2015年11月-2016年4月行髋关节MRI检查志愿者资料共计78例,其中男性42例,女性36例。测量并记录156个髋关节的IFS、股方肌间隙、坐骨间距宽度等数据。结果:IFS宽度、股方肌间隙宽度及股方肌厚度平均值分别为(23.53±6.58)mm、(18.04±5.67)mm、(13.99±4.56)mm,女性组平均值均小于男性(P<0.05)。坐骨间距平均值为(104.76±11.80)mm,女性组的平均值大于男性(P<0.05)。股骨头颈轴长及股骨颈干角的平均值分别为(86.29±7.51)mm、132.01°±3.05°,女性组平均值均小于男性(P<0.05)。IFS宽度、股方肌间隙宽度与坐骨间距、股骨颈干角有负相关性,与股骨头颈轴长有正相关性。结论:MRI能应用于坐骨股骨撞击相关影像测量;女性骨盆及股骨上段解剖与男性有差异,这些差异可能是导致女性IFI较多发的原因。Purpose: To study the width of the ischiofemoral space (IFS), quadratus femoris space (QFS), intertuberous diameter in asymptomatic adults, and to study the difference of these data between males and females. Methods: A total of 78 asymptomatic patients (42 males, 36 females) who had undergone with 1.5T MRI were selected in our hospital from November 2015 to April 2016. The width of IFS, QFS, intertuberous diameter and other related data in 156 hips were measured and recorded. Results: The mean width of IFS, QFS and mean thickness of quadratus femoris was (23.53±6.58) mm, (18.04±5.67)mm, and (13.99±4.56)mm, respectively. These data of women were lower than that of men (P〈0.05). The mean width of intertuberous diameter was (104.76±11.80) mm, and these data of women were higher than that of men (P〈0.05). The long axis of the femoral neck and the angle of femoral neck shaft was (86.29±7.51) mm and (132.01±3.05)°, and these data of women were lower than that of men (P〈0.05). There was negative correlation between IFS, QFS and intertuberous diameter, femoral neck shaft angle, and there was positive correlation between IFS, QFS and femoral neck long axis. Conclusion: MRI can be used to make the anatomy measurement of ischiofemoral impingement. The pelvis and proximal femur anatomical differences between women and men may be the cause of ischiofemoral impingement occurring more frequently in women.
