摘　　要：目的探讨核因子-κB(NF-κB)和白细胞介素4(IL-4)mRNA在鼻息肉组织中的表达及意义。方法选取90例术后病检确诊为鼻息肉患者鼻腔新生物(不分侧别)作实验组,同期取80例因单纯鼻中隔偏曲而行下鼻甲部分切除的患者的下鼻甲组织(不分侧别)作为对照组。采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)结合半定量分析方法检测,比较两组NF-κB、IL-4的表达水平。结果 NF-κB和IL-4在实验组表达水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 NF-κB和IL-4 mRNA表达水平与炎症相关,可能与鼻息肉的发病机制相关。Objective To investigate the different expression of nuclear factor -κb and lnterleukin 4 （IL-4） gene in tissue of the nasal polyp. Methods A number of 90 cases of nasal polyp were collected as experimental group and 80 cases inferior turbinate tissues as normal group. Real-time quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） method was used to detect the different expression of NF-κB and IL-4 gene, and relative analysis was used to analyzed the results. Results Compared with normal group, the expression of NF-κB and IL-4 gene in expermental group was significantly increased （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The expressions of NF-κB and IL-4 are increased in experimental group, which may relate with the occurrence and development of nasal ployp.
