摘 要:本文分析了我国天然存在的放射性(NORM)废物的产生与管理现状,认为将NORM废物分为豁免废物、其它NORM废物、放射性废物3类进行辐射防护监管,比较符合我国国情;建议抓紧出台NORM废物的限制性清洁解控水平标准,明确NORM废物是否是放射性废物,以及其处置方式和应当接受的相应辐射防护监管等措施,以防止NORM废物放射性污染、保护公众和辐射环境安全。Naturally occurring radioactive material, referred to as NORM. This paper analyzes the status of the NORM waste generation and management in China, and it is considered that the NORM waste is divided into 3 categories: exempted waste, other NORM waste and radioactive waste, which is more in line with China's national conditions. It is recommended to issue a standard of the limited cleaning decontrol level to determine whether NORM waste is radioactive waste, as well as its disposal method, appropriate radiation protection supervision and other measures to prevent the radioactive pollution of NORM waste, protect the public and ensure the environmental safety.
