摘　　要：润滑油作为石油的高附加值产品,体现生产企业的技术实力,一直是国际石油公司的重点业务。基础油生产是润滑油生产的基石,基础油质量直接影响润滑油品质。燕山分公司在大庆原油资源断供后,面临基础油停产局面。目前可获得低硫石蜡基原油资源较少且供应量不稳定,同时考虑到润滑油发展趋势对基础油品质提出更高的要求,作为基础油生产企业,有必要提高基础油品质,生产高等级基础油。同时,基础油产品可以优化炼油板块产品分布,增加高附加值产品数量,提高企业经济效益。利用高压加氢尾油生产Ⅲ类基础油较生产Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类能获得更好的经济效益,因此建议燕山分公司在新连续重整装置建成后,根据基础油市场价格情况生产Ⅲ类基础油。Lube oil, as a high value-added product reflecting refinery＇s productivity, is an important business in international oil companies. Base oils are of vital concern to lube quality. Due to the supply disruption of Daqing crude oil, Yanshan Company＇s base oil production faces a crisis. Given the limited availability of low sulfur paraffin crude oil and the enhanced quality requirements to base oils, base oil producer should produce high grade base oils to upgrade quality. Meanwhile, base oil production is also helpful to optimize oil products mix, increase high value-added products and improve economic efficiency. The profit of using high-pressure hydrocracking tail oil to produce Group Ⅲ base oil is better than that of Group Ⅰ and Ⅱ. So it is suggested that, after completion of the new CCR unit, Yanshan Company could arrange production of Group Ⅲ base oil according to market prices.
