摘  要:中国石化天津分公司1.3 Mt/a催化裂化装置烟气除尘采用中国石化宁波工程公司自主研发的(双循环)新型湍冲文丘里除尘脱硫技术。装置投产后,催化裂化装置外排烟气污染物浓度大幅度降低,SO——2浓度从592 mg/m3(标准状态,以下同)下降至8 mg/m^3,粉尘浓度从420 mg/m^3下降至20 mg/m^3,远低于国家排放标准。针对装置运行中存在的腐蚀和结垢问题,通过采取相应的解决措施,保证了烟气脱硫装置和催化装置的运行同步率达到100%。The(Double Cycle) turbulent Venturi desulfurization and dust removal technology licensed from SINOPEC Ningbo Engineering Co, Ltd.,which has been applied in the 1.3 MM tpy FCCU in SINOPEC Tianjin Company,is introduced. After the application of the technology,the concentrations of pollutants in flue gases from the FCCU have been reduced significantly,with SO2 reduced from 592 mg/m^3 to 8 mg/m^3 and dust from 420 mg/m^3 to 20mg/m^3,much lower than the emission limit allowed by China national standards. It also analyzes the problems of erosion and fouling in the operation and adopted effective measures to ensure the synchronous run rate of the flue gas desulfurizer and the FCCU up to 100%.
