摘 要:利用炸药爆炸驱动技术,研制了一种爆炸驱动快速密封阀门。阀门由密封结构、驱动结构和定位结构组成,采用了双道O型圈密封结构及防回弹结构设计,可实现对管道快速有效密封。对直径Φ为20mm的阀门进行了密封实验,利用电探针法和激光多普勒位移干涉仪法对阀门封闭时间、闸板速度与位移等进行测量,并对封闭后的阀门进行了泄漏率检测。结果表明:阀门的封闭时间为0.8ms,泄漏率小于10^(-10) Pa·m^3·s^(-1)。A fast-acting gate valve is developed based on the explosion driven technology. The gate valve is composed of a sealing structure, a driving structure, and a positioning structure. The gate valve has two O-rings fixed between valve body and flashboard, and an anti-rebounding structure which could prevent the flashboard hitting the base of valve. With the electric contact probe and laser Doppler displacement interferometer, we measured the closing time of the valve, the velocities and displacements of the flashboard, and the leakage rate of the valve. The results show that the closing time of valve is 0.8 ms, and the leakage rate is less than 10-10Pa·m3·S-1. .
