关于畜牧业供给侧结构性改革的思考

摘　　要：农业供给侧结构性改革是解决农业发展困境、加快实现农业现代化的重要举措。畜牧业作为现代农业的重要组成部分,是农业供给侧结构性改革的关键领域。本文首先阐述了畜牧业供给侧结构性改革的必要性以及紧迫性;从创新发展思路、转变生产方式、优化供给结构和扶持种业发展等四个方面探究推动畜牧业供给侧结构性改革的路径;提出了推动畜牧业供给侧结构性改革的六项政策建议。The structural reform of agricultural supply side is an important measure to solve the dilemma of agricultural development and accelerate the realization of agricultural modernization. As an important part of modern agriculture,animal husbandry is the key area of structural reform of agricultural supply side. This paper analyzed the necessity and urgency of supply side structural reform of animal husbandry,studied the main areas of supply side structural reform from of animal husbandry from four aspects of innovation of development idea,transformation of the production mode,optimization of the supply structure,and supporting the development of seed industry. Finally,six relevant recommendations were put up.
