摘　　要：目的:研究低钾血症的住院患者住院期间的握力变化及其与血清钾之间的关系。方法:按照纳入标准及排除标准,选取50例于2012年6—12月在北京友谊医院住院的低血钾症患者在入院后24h和出院前24h分别进行握力测量、NRS-2002营养风险筛查,并抽取患者空腹血液进行血清钾等指标的查验,分析握力变化情况及其与血清钾等因素之间的关系。结果:患者出院时血清钾水平显著升高,握力恢复(P<0.05)。血清钾浓度与握力大小成正比。结论:低钾血症患者血清钾水平的恢复有利于提升其握力大小,握力是评价患者营养状况的敏感指标之一,而饮食、临床治疗等均可影响血清钾水平,提示今后通过配合临床治疗,结合住院患者自身情况,对其进行个性化的营养干预可能有利于纠正患者血清钾水平,从而提高患者握力大小,改善疾病转归及预后。Objective To investigate the relationship between serum potassium and handgrip strength among inpatients with hypokalemia.Method A total of 50 inpatients who were treated in Beijing Friendship Hospital from June 1st to December 31 st,2012 were enrolled,with some steps taken during 24 hours after admission and before discharge,such as handgrip strength measurement,nutritional risk screening and biochemical test about serum potassium,to analyze the change of handgrip strength and whether serum potassium has effects on hand grip strength. Result There was significant increase of serum potassium and handgrip strength on the period of discharging（ P 0. 05）. The concentration of serum potassium is proportional to the handgrip strength（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The recovery of serum potassium level in patients with hypokalemia is helpful to improve the handgrip strength,which is an indicator of nutritional condition. Diet and clinical treatment affect the concentration of serum potassium. It indicates that by cooperating with clinical treatments,personalized nutrition support may be beneficial to redress the disorder of serum potassium among patients with hypokalemia,enhance handgrip strength and improve outcome of disease.
