摘  要:用乙醇提取方法获取凹叶景天总黄酮。采用灌胃给药的方法,给予不同剂量凹叶景天总黄酮,连续观察14 d,检测药物对小鼠的急性毒性作用。检测不同剂量凹叶景天总黄酮对小鼠出血凝血时间及对常温常压缺氧、亚硝酸钠中毒缺氧和急性脑缺血小鼠存活时间的影响。研究表明,凹叶景天总黄酮明显缩短小鼠出血和凝血时间,延长缺氧小鼠的存活时间,凹叶景天总黄酮具有止血和耐缺氧作用。Sedum emarginatum Migo flavonoids(SMF) are obtained with ethanol extraction method. The acute toxicity of ethanol extract from SMF on mice is explored in accordance with classical acute toxicity test methods with the continuous administration and observation for 14 days. SMF is evaluated on anti-hypoxic activity in several hypoxia mice models, including closed normobaric hypoxia, sodium nitrite toxicities and acute cerebral ischemia. The maximally tolerated dose(MTD) of SMF is 60g/kg. Given orally, the SMF could enhance the survival time of mice in both of the normobaric, chemical hypoxia and acute cerebral ischemia models. These results demonstrate that SMF possesses notable hemostasis and anti-hyproxic ability.
