摘 要:介绍了HP–3加氢催化剂和JX–4C脱硫催化剂的工作原理以及装填、干燥和预硫化。结果表明,HP–3加氢催化剂具有很强的有机硫加氢转化和烯烃加氢功能,转化率较高,操作弹性大;JX–4C脱硫催化剂具有较高的无机硫脱除精度。两者串联使用后,焦化干气中烯烃含量降至1%以内,总硫含量小于0.5 mg/m^3,达到了转化催化剂使用要求。The reaction mechanisms of hydrogenation catalyst HP-3 and desulfurization catalyst JX-4C are described. The HP-3/JX-4 catalyst loading, drying, and presulfurization are also introduced. The results of the application show that the hydrogenation catalyst HP-3 has powerful function of organic sulfide hydrogenation conversion and olefin hydrogenation, with high conversion efficiency and wide operation range. The desulfurization catalyst JX-4C has high precision on removing inorganic sulfides. The hydrogenation catalyst HP-3, when applied in combination with the desulfurization catalyst JX-4C, can reduce the olefin in the coking gas below 1%(v), and the total sulfur below 0.5 mg/m^3, meeting the design requirements for the conversion catalyst.
