牧区生态移民返迁意愿的群体差异及影响因素——以内蒙古达茂旗为例

摘　　要：通过对内蒙古自治区达茂旗生态移民的调查,本文探究了生态移民返迁意愿的群体差异及影响因素。研究发现,牧区生态移民中年轻人的返迁意愿比老年人的高。究其原因,就业与社会交往是造成这种群体差异的主要因素。政府在制定移民政策及安置移民等工作中对老年人应以生活照顾为主,对年轻人应以促进就业为重心。Through an investigation in Damao Banner of Inner Mongolia, this paper explores the group differences and influencing fac- tors of the home - returning willingness of the eco - migrants. It concludes that the home - returning willingness of the young people is stronger than that of the elderly in terms of pastoral eco - migration. These group differences are mainly related to employment and so- cial interaction. Thus, this paper proposes that the government should focus on the care of the elderly＇ s life as well as the employment for the young people in the implementation of migration policies and resettlement work.
