构建“主诉-证素”诊病辨证体系的思路探讨

摘　　要："主诉辨治法"和"证素辨证"是当代辨证学研究的重要成果,在有机整合二者形成"主诉-证素"诊病辨证基本框架的基础上,通过突出主诉并明晰主症含义及其诊病辨证路径,分类症状并引进症对、症队解决症状间复杂关系对诊断贡献度的影响,引进证素对、证素队解决证素组合与证之间的等价性、证素组合的多样性与证的唯一性等问题,并在各环节建立相应数据库,逐步构建起"主症-症对-症队-病名"和"主症-症对-症队-证素-证素对-证素队-证名"路径的"主诉-证素"诊病辨证体系。＇Syndrome differentiation and treatment based on chief complaint＇ and ＇differentiation of syndrome element＇are two important achievements in the research of contemporary syndrome differentiation.Based on the basic framework of＇chief complaint-syndrome elements＇ diagnosis forming by organic integration of the two methods,chief complaint should be highlighted and the definition of main symptoms and the way of diagnosis and syndrome differentiation should be clarified.Also symptoms should be classified and coupled symptoms and symptoms team should be introduced to not ignore the effect of complex relationship between symptoms on the diagnostic contribution.And then coupled syndrome elements and syndrome elements team should be introduced to solve some problems such as the equivalence between combination of syndrome elements and syndrome,the diversity of combination of syndrome elements and uniqueness of syndrome in the process of combination of syndrome elements correspondingsyndrome.Further,database should be established accordingly in every link.Then the diagnosis system of＇chief complaint-syndrome elements＇ with the path of＇main symptoms-coupled symptoms-symptoms team-disease＇ and＇main symptoms-coupled symptoms-symptoms team-syndrome elements-coupled syndrome elements-syndrome elements teamsyndrome＇ could be gradually built up.
