中医文化的多元行善价值及其动力范型探略

摘　　要：中国医学历来将"行医"称为"仁术","行医"与"行善"实为"文化同域性"作为。中医文化是思行合一的生命学问,在实践层面注重患者的身心调息与生命关怀,彰显着慷慨面对他人并超乎"沟通"的对等型态,其演进动力在于儒佛汇融的照会,既含摄儒家泛爱众而亲仁的恻隐之心,又胸怀佛家慈悲悯人的善心情怀,中医文化不单是医学知识与客体对象相符应的单一价值向度,而是医者之心用智者之虑对患者之诉实施的全方位照护。Chinese medicine has always called ＇medical practice＇ as ＇benevolence＇,and ＇medical practice＇ and ＇doing good ＇are actually＇ cultural sympatric＇.Traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） culture is the life wisdom that thought and behaviors in one,and focuses on patient＇s physical and mental harmony and life care in practice level,which shows the generosity of other people and beyond the ＇communication＇ of the reciprocal type.Its evolutionlies in the blending of confucianism and buddhism,containing both the confucian benevolent compassion of loving the populace extensively and close to those who are humane,and the buddhist kindness feelings of showing mercy on human.TCM culture is not only the single value of consisting medical knowledge and object,but the comprehensive care of TCM practitioners＇ heart with wise consideration for the patient＇s complaint.
