《药物香佩疗法预防小儿反复呼吸道感染治未病实践指南》香佩药物的德尔菲法结果分析

摘　　要：目的:制订科学实用的《药物香佩疗法预防小儿反复呼吸道感染治未病实践指南》香佩药物标准。方法:运用德尔菲(Delphi)法,在文献研究基础上编制《药物香佩疗法预防小儿反复呼吸道感染治未病实践指南专家调查问卷》,向全国30余位专家发送3次问卷调查,并对前两轮问卷结果进行分析。结果:前两次问卷调查分别收回有效问卷为31份和33份,专家积极系数分别为88.6%与94.3%,制订出《药物香佩疗法预防小儿反复呼吸道感染治未病实践指南》香佩药物标准,专家对其中指标意见的集中程度与协调程度均较高。结论:专家的积极性高,地域分布广,专家专业水平达到标准,具有代表性,《药物香佩疗法预防小儿反复呼吸道感染治未病实践指南》香佩药物标准基本得到专家认可,但某些指标方面还存在不同意见,有待进一步探讨。Objective：To draft a scientific and practical standard for Chinese medicines used for sachet-therapy in the Practice Guidelines to Prevent Disease for Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections in Children Prevented by Sachet-therapy.Methods：Delphi method was applied to this research.All the questionnaires were designed on the foundation of research papers and distributed to more than 30 experts for 3 rounds.Then,the results in the first two rounds of survey were analyzed.Results：Totally 31 and 33 valid questionnaires were received in the first and second round,respectively.The experts ＇activity indexes were 88.6%and93.4%,respectively.The standard of Chinese medicines used for sachet-therapy of the Practice Guidelines to Prevent Disease for Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections in Children Prevented by Sachet-therapy was set down.Most of the experts shares a positive view on the concentration and coordination degree of the guidelines.Conclusion：The experts from all over China shares positive opinions on this draft.They are very professional and representative.The standard of Chinese Medicines used for sachet-therapy of the Practice Guidelines for Prevent Disease for Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections in Children Prevented by Sachet-therapy is generally recognized.However,there still exist some different ideas in terms of indexes,which needes to be further discussed.
