国医大师金世元浅议地黄丸系列中成药

摘　　要：为传承国医大师金世元"医药圆融"的中医药理论,指导临床合理使用中成药。文章以国医大师金世元老师一次授课讲学为线索,采用策问的形式,系统整理了金老对金匮肾气丸、济生肾气丸、六味地黄丸、麦味地黄丸、归芍地黄丸、杞菊地黄丸、知柏地黄丸、肉桂地黄丸、七味都气丸和耳聋左慈丸系列中成药的独到见解和认识。从本草源流、性状鉴别、炮制发展、功能主治、使用注意等方面提出了地黄丸系列中成药9项具体的问题和对策,以指导中成药合理使用。Objective：To inherit the traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） theory of ＇medicine and pharmacy integrated harmoniously＇ put forward by TCM master JIN Shi-yuan,so as to guide the rational use of Chinese patent medicine in clinic.The original views and understandings of TCM master JIN Shi-yuan on Jinkui Shenqi Pills,Jisheng Shenqi Pills,Liuwei Dihuang Pills,Maiwei Dihuang Pills,Guishao Dihuang Pills,Qiju Dihuang Pills,Zhibai Dihuang Pills,Rougui Dihuang Pills,Qiwei Duqi Pills,and Erlong Zuoci Pills were arranged systematically by using Cewen form with the clue of his lectures.Nine specific problems and countermeasures of Chinese patent medicine as variety of Dihuang Pills were raised from the aspects as herbal origin,morphological identification,processing development,major functions,matters need attention and so on.TCM master JIN Shi-yuan＇s discussion on Chinese patent medicine as variety of Dihuang Pills can guide the rational use of Chinese patent medicine.
