运用“气化”理论辨治阳痿经验初探

摘　　要：天地、人身同此一气。作为生命活动最精华的部分,性活动无疑也与气化有关。阴茎之勃起乃由五脏之气鼓动化生而来,勃起的启动、坚挺、维持和疲软都与气化有关。因此,"气化不及于宗筋"是阳痿的基本病机。或阳虚失于推动,则气化无力,不能及于宗筋;或阴精渐亏,化源不足,水煮空铛而气化无源;或外感六淫,内生阴浊,阻滞经络,气化不能布于宗筋。此三者,当为气化不及于宗筋的主要病机。气化无力者,治以辛热;气化无源者,治以厚味;气化不通者,治以通达。Both nature and man are made of qi.Qi is the most vital part of life,and the sexual activity is undoubtedly related to qi transformation.Penile erection is promoted by the qi of fivezang viscera,and the erection,strong,maintenance,and weak of penis is all related with qi transformation.So the basic pathogenesis of impotence was dysfunction of qi transformation in penis and testes,and the three aspects of the risk factors mainly in the following：weakness of qi transformation caused by yang deficiency,insufficient source caused by yin deficiency,and dysfunction of qi transformation in penis and testes caused by six climatic exopathogens and endogenous cloudy turbidity.Patients caused by weakness of qi transformation are treated with drugs of pungent and heat,patients caused by insufficient source are treated with drugs of rich or strong in flavor,and patients caused by dysfunction of qi transformation are treated with drugs of dredge.
